Ingredients
  

Chicken and Spinach Mixture
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Shredded or diced
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach Chopped
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Topping
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil For drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Assemble the Casserole
  1. Transfer the chicken and spinach mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with olive oil until the breadcrumbs are coated. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the chicken and spinach mixture.
Bake the Casserole
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
