Ingredients
  

Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Topping
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare Brussels Sprouts
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well coated.
Roast Brussels Sprouts
  1. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy on the edges, stirring halfway through.
Add Toppings
  1. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley.
  2. Serve warm as a side dish.
