- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, red onion, garlic, and basil. Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss gently.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the cooked pasta with the prepared tomato mixture and heat through while stirring gently.
- Add the grilled, sliced chicken to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve the bruschetta chicken pasta in bowls topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
