Method
Prepare the Chicken
- In a bowl, combine sliced chicken with soy sauce and sesame oil. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, prepare the vegetables.
Cook the Chicken
- Heat a wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
Add Vegetables
- Add garlic, bok choy, bell pepper, and carrot to the wok. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Thicken the Sauce
- Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve
- Remove from heat and serve hot over rice or noodles.
