Ingredients
  

Mojito Base
  • 10 leaves fresh mint leaves plus extra for garnish
  • 1 cup blood orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 4 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 2 cups club soda or sparkling water
  • 1 cup ice crushed or cubed

Method
 

Prepare the Mojito
  1. In a glass, muddle the mint leaves and sugar together until the leaves are fragrant.
  2. Add the raspberries and muddle gently to release their juices.
  3. Pour in the blood orange juice and white rum, then stir to combine.
  4. Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda.
  5. Garnish with additional mint leaves and a slice of blood orange.
