Blackstone Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 1.5 lbs
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs oregano and basil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and drizzle some extra virgin olive oil over the surface.
  2. Pat your chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the preheated griddle and sear for about 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Lower the heat slightly and add minced garlic around the chicken, sautéing for about 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over each piece of chicken and cover for about 2–3 minutes until melted.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
