  • 1 cup crushed Biscoff cookies for texture

Prepare the Buttercream
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter with an electric mixer until creamy.
  2. Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until combined.
  3. Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, then beat on high speed until light and fluffy.
Incorporate Biscoff
  1. Add the Biscoff cookie spread to the buttercream and mix until fully incorporated.
  2. Fold in the crushed Biscoff cookies using a spatula for added texture.
Final Touch
  1. Taste the buttercream and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more powdered sugar.
  2. Use immediately to frost cakes or cupcakes, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
