  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme chopped

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon cumin ground

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, black pepper, and cumin.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until well blended.
Marinate the Lamb Chops

  2. Pour the marinade over the lamb chops, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for best flavor.
