Prepare Chicken

- Coat the chicken legs with the seasoning mixture and place them in a baking dish.

Bake Chicken
- Place the baking dish with chicken in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
Combine and Serve
- Once the chicken is done, fluff the rice with a fork and stir in the peas if using.
- Serve the baked chicken legs over the rice and enjoy!
