Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skinless
Boursin Cheese Mixture
  • 8 oz Boursin cheese garlic & herb flavor
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

Prepare the Oven and Baking Dish
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Prepare the Salmon
  1. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish.
  2. Season the salmon with salt and black pepper.
Make the Boursin Topping
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, parsley, chives, and minced garlic.
  2. Mix until well combined.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Spread the Boursin cheese mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve warm with your choice of sides.
