Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the thick-cut bacon until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Remove and drain on paper towels, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
In the same skillet with reserved bacon fat, add sliced onions and sprinkle with salt. Cook over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
Lay out Naan bread and top each with crumbled gorgonzola cheese. Warm fig spread in the microwave for 15-20 seconds, then spread over cheese. Top with chopped bacon and sautéed onions.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 8 minutes. Add fresh spinach on top and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and enjoy!
