Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 1 pound salmon fillet skinless
Taco Slaw
  • 2 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Taco Assembly
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream optional
  • 1/2 cup avocado sliced

Method
 

Prepare the Salmon
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the salmon fillet with salt and black pepper.
  3. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, until cooked through.
Make the Slaw
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Toss until well mixed and set aside.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
  2. Flake the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Place a portion of salmon on each tortilla, top with slaw, and add avocado slices.
  4. Drizzle with sour cream if desired and serve immediately.
