Prepare the Glaze
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Coat the Salmon
- Place the salmon fillets in the bowl and coat them evenly with the honey mustard glaze using a cooking brush.
Preheat the Air Fryer
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cook the Salmon
- Place the coated salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
