Method
Prepare the Egg Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, chopped spinach, salt, and black pepper.
Prepare the Air Fryer
- Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Line the cupcake tray with cupcake liners or grease silicone molds.
Fill the Molds
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared molds, filling each about 3/4 full.
Cook the Egg Cups
- Place the molds in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, or until the egg cups are set and lightly golden.
Serve
- Carefully remove the egg cups from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
