Ingredients
  

Egg Mixture
  • 8 large Eggs Beaten
  • 1/2 cup Milk Whole or 2%
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Diced
  • 1/2 cup Spinach Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Egg Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs and milk until well combined.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, chopped spinach, salt, and black pepper.
Prepare the Air Fryer
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Line the cupcake tray with cupcake liners or grease silicone molds.
Fill the Molds
  1. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared molds, filling each about 3/4 full.
Cook the Egg Cups
  1. Place the molds in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, or until the egg cups are set and lightly golden.
Serve
  1. Carefully remove the egg cups from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
