Prepare the Base
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Add Toppings
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts and honey over the top if desired.
Freeze and Serve
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Once frozen, break the bark into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
