  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla flavored
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
Topping Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional, for added crunch
  • 2 tablespoons honey optional, for sweetness

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Add Toppings
  1. Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.
  2. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture.
  3. Sprinkle chopped nuts and honey over the top if desired.
Freeze and Serve
  1. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or until completely frozen.
  2. Once frozen, break the bark into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
