  • 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with sour cream until just mixed.

  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle turbinado sugar on top.
