  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, browned

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan and refrigerate.
