  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 garlic cloves (grated)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (14 oz) unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Thai red curry paste
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  2. Broth: In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add chicken broth, coconut milk, soy sauce, red curry paste, and lime juice. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Cook Dumplings: Add gyozas to boiling water according to package directions (about 2-3 minutes).
