10 oz ground chicken
¼ cup Tamari (or soy sauce)
2 tablespoons Thai sweet red chili sauce
Juice of 1 lime
⅓ cup cashews (chopped)
Lettuce leaves (butter or romaine)
Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sauté diced onion for about 2-3 minutes until translucent.
Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
Incorporate ground chicken, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until no pink remains, about 3-4 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together Tamari, chili sauce, lime juice, and maple syrup. Pour this over the cooked chicken along with chopped cashews and mix well.
