  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (8.5 oz) box corn muffin mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef, then add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
