  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa/cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup sliced radishes
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (optional)
  • Pickled ginger

Instructions

  1. Marinate the shrimp in soy sauce, olive oil, honey (or maple syrup), garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes for about 10 minutes.
