  • 2 large ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  2. In an 8×8-inch baking dish, layer half of the crushed Ritz crackers at the bottom. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers followed by a layer of sliced bananas.
  3. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients: another layer of crackers, the rest of the cream cheese mixture, and more banana slices.
  4. Top with a final layer of crushed Ritz crackers.
  5. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  6. Before serving, drizzle remaining salted caramel sauce on top and garnish with additional banana slices.
