  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 38 pound turkey breast

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, Italian seasoning, Kosher salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to form a paste.
  3. Place the turkey breast skin side up in a roasting pan on a wire rack. Loosen the skin and spread some of the herb rub underneath, then apply the remaining rub on top.
  4. Roast for about 20 minutes per pound until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  5. Let rest covered with aluminum foil for 15 minutes before slicing.
