  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • ½ cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for raspberry layer)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)
  • ½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into an 8×8-inch dish to form the crust. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the chocolate pudding using 1 cup of milk for a thick consistency. Fold in half a cup of Cool Whip until smooth and spread over the chilled crust. Freeze again for 10–15 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and two tablespoons of milk until smooth. Fold in raspberries and remaining Cool Whip to create the raspberry cream layer.
  4. Carefully spread the raspberry cream over the chocolate layer and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving.
