  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted (for topping)
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream (for filling)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (for filling)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together oil and sugars until combined; mix in pumpkin puree, vanilla, eggs, and milk.
  3. Gently fold in flour, baking soda, spices, and salt until just combined.
