  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 13 tsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

  3. In another bowl, mix canola oil, sugars, eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool before frosting with a mixture of cream cheese and butter beaten together with powdered sugar and vanilla.
