  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup pure maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil or unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped pecans, toasted (omit for nut-free)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
