  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple (cubed)
  • 8 small tortillas (flour or corn)
  • jalapeño slices (optional)
  • avocado slices (optional)
  • ¼ cup red onion (diced)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs in lime juice, chili powder, cumin, and paprika for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
