  • ¾ cup granulated sugar

  2. Press two-thirds of the oat mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, whisk fresh lemon juice, zest, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Pour over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle remaining crumble mixture on top and bake for about 38 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Allow cooling completely before slicing into squares.
