  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef (or turkey), breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch) and place them on a lined baking sheet.
