  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon slices (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (ideally 2 to 4 hours).
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and place in a baking dish. Top with crumbled feta.
  5. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Broil for an additional couple of minutes if desired.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving with lemon wedges and garnished with parsley.
