  • 1/4 cup unsalted sweet cream butter (softened) for filling
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter for filling
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar for filling
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk for filling
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract for filling

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, cream softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla; mix well.
  2. 2. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until fully blended. Roll tablespoon-sized balls of dough in sugar until coated.
