  • 4 oz. spaghetti (broken into thirds)
  • 1 can (15 oz.) chili beans (undrained)
  • 1 can (46 oz.) tomato juice
  • 1 Tbs. granulated sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Add diced onions to the pot and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in chili powder, chili beans (with liquid), tomato juice, broken spaghetti, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Let the chili simmer on low heat for approximately 30 minutes to meld flavors and cook the spaghetti.

  6. Serve hot, garnished with shredded cheddar cheese, corn chips, and sour cream if desired.
