  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, maple syrup (or honey), Greek yogurt, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla essence until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

  5. Spoon batter into muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
