  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 pound shredded brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, crumbling it as it cooks. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, green onions, sriracha (if using), and soy sauce until fully cooked. Remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, add avocado oil and sauté the shredded brussels sprouts with salt and pepper until soft and caramelized.
  3. Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet and add sweet chili sauce and lime juice, stirring until well combined.
