  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Scoop dollops onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least an hour.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Mix in the egg and additional vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients until just combined.
