  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.

  3. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into an oval loaf.
  4. Place the meatloaves on the prepared baking sheet with space between each.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
