  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup salted butter
  • 8 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then chop them into small chunks for faster cooking.
  2. In a large pot, cover the potato chunks with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until soft, about 15 minutes.
  3. While potatoes cook, combine whole milk, salted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a saucepan over low heat to infuse the flavors.
