  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 cup whole or 2% milk (warmed to 110°F)
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your baking pan by lightly buttering it.
  2. Create garlic butter by melting unsalted butter in a small pot, adding minced garlic until fragrant, then letting it cool.
  3. In a stand mixer bowl, combine flour, parsley, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  4. Add warmed milk, egg, and cooled garlic butter; knead into a smooth dough (10-12 minutes).
  5. Shape the dough into 12 balls and place them seam-side down in the pan.
