  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding

  2. Gradually stir in flour until a ball forms and pulls away from the sides; continue stirring for about 2 minutes.

  4. Pipe tablespoon-sized mounds onto a lined baking sheet; bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes then at 350°F (175°C) for another 15 minutes.
  5. Allow puffs to cool completely before slicing open and filling with the whipped cream mixture made from heavy cream, milk, and pudding mix.
