  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 cup turkey bacon bits
  • 6 English muffins
  • 1/2 cup Heinz chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk with heavy cream until combined. Add salt, pepper, and onion powder; whisk again.
  2. Pour the egg mixture into a greased non-stick pan over medium heat and cook gently while stirring until soft scrambled.
  3. Stir in half of the turkey bacon bits once the eggs are nearly cooked.
  4. Slice English muffins in half and toast them cut side up on a baking sheet.
