1 (9 inch) single crust homemade pie crust
3 large eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 (15oz) can pure pumpkin puree or 2 cups homemade pumpkin puree
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Pinch of fine sea salt
Homemade whipped cream for serving
Instructions
Prepare your pie crust by rolling it out and fitting it into a pie dish. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
