  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 (15oz) can pure pumpkin puree or 2 cups homemade pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Pinch of fine sea salt
  • Homemade whipped cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pie crust by rolling it out and fitting it into a pie dish. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
