  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease two 8×4-inch bread pans.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda, and spices.
  3. Combine granulated sugar and brown sugar into the dry mixture.
  4. Add oil and stir until combined.
  5. Mix in eggs two at a time until incorporated.
  6. Add pumpkin puree, water, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  7. Divide batter between prepared pans.
  8. For the topping, combine flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly.
  9. Sprinkle topping over batter.
