  • 1 cup warm water (110°F/43°C)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast and honey in warm water. Let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise in a warm spot for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Spoon the risen dough into each muffin cup, filling them about three-quarters full.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the tops and sprinkle with garlic, chopped rosemary, and flaky sea salt.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
