  • 1.5 teaspoons salt

  • For garlic butter topping: 1/4 cup salted butter
  • 23 garlic cloves

Instructions

  3. Knead on a floured surface for about 15 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise until doubled (about 90 minutes).
  5. Punch down the dough and divide into 12 pieces; shape into balls.
  6. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush rolls with egg wash.
  8. Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Melt garlic butter ingredients together in a saucepan; brush over warm rolls before serving.
