  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package (7.5 oz) Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a large 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Melt butter and spread it evenly in the dish.
  3. Layer shredded chicken over the butter.
  4. Add frozen vegetables on top of the chicken, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  5. In a medium bowl, whisk together milk and Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix along with its seasoning packet; pour over the layered ingredients without stirring.
  6. Whisk cream of chicken soup and chicken broth until smooth; pour this mixture over as well, again without stirring.
  7. Bake uncovered for 55-65 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
