  • 200g mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 150g fresh spinach
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 100g cheese (mozzarella or cheddar), grated
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté onions and garlic in a skillet until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until softened; then stir in spinach until wilted.
  4. Mix in grated cheese and cream cheese; season with salt and pepper.
