  • 12 oz penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté seasoned chicken in olive oil until golden brown; remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic; add Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth until simmering; mix in Parmesan cheese until melted.
