  • 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 4 (8-ounce) blocks room temperature cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup softened unsalted butter (for frosting)
  • 6 cups confectioners' sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare the crust by mixing crushed cookies with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
