  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 16 oz chocolate cream cheese
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar until mixed. Press firmly into the bottom of the springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, blend chocolate cream cheese, peanut butter, and remaining sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour half of the batter over the crust, swirl in melted chocolate, then add the remaining batter on top.
  6. Create marble swirls using a knife and bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  7. Allow it to cool completely before refrigerating for several hours or overnight.
